Please note that personalized replica kits and memorabilia are non-refundable unless a manufacturing fault is identified.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring the completed returns form is placed inside the parcel.

  Ship to The Kia Oval

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to the Surrey CCC Mail Order Department at The Kia Oval, London.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
